How to Return Incorrect or Damaged Items

In most cases, you will not need to ship these items back to us.

3. Regularly-priced merchandise, within 60 days of purchase and in new and unused condition.

How to Return Regularly-Priced Merchandise

  • Include a copy of your order invoice in the package along with the items you are returning.
  • Send your package via traceable means, including UPS, FEDEx, DHL, and USPS. Stampington & Company is not responsible for any items lost in the mail that are returned without a tracking number.
