All items are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS), the United Parcel Service (UPS) or Dalsey Hillblom Lyn (DHL) for select International orders.

If your order requires expedited shipping (2-day or overnight delivery), please contact customer service at: (877) 782 - 6737.

 

When can I expect my order?

Your order will be processed within 2 business days after checkout. Please keep in mind that orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the next business day. After your order has been processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Most items ship within 3 to 5 business days within the continental U.S. and depending on your selection.

*Order processing time is subject to availability. If any of the items you order are unavailable or out of stock, the expected time of delivery may be longer, and you will be notified via telephone or email. 


What if I never receive my package?

If an order does not reach you, it may have been lost in the mail, or delivered to an incorrect address. In either of these cases, you may be eligible to have a replacement shipped to you. Please contact customer service to make a claim at customerservice@stampington.com with the following details:

1) Customer's Full Name
2) Order #
3) Date of Purchase
4) Shipping Address

To be eligible for a replacement shipment, you must make a claim — by notifying our customer service team — within 60 days of the date of purchase.


What are my shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated by weight, shipping destination, and speed. You will be able to select the best delivery method suitable to your needs at checkout. 

Over-sized Products
All items over 19 lbs are considered over-sized items for which the shipping rate must be re-calculated offline. Although your shipping costs may show up as $0.00 or another amount on your order receipt, a shipping charge that is based on the product's weight, will apply.

Customs Information for International Orders
All customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your postal carrier if you have any questions regarding customs fees.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! If you have special handling instructions or would prefer to use one of the expedited shipping methods listed below, please indicate your choice in the comment box during checkout or call us, toll-free at (877) 782 – 6737. In addition to UPS rush charges, a $5 service fee will apply.

We offer:

  • 3-day delivery
  • 2-day delivery
  • overnight UPS delivery (excludes Saturday and Sunday)
