How to request a replacement or check the status of your order.
If an order does not reach you by its expected delivery date, it may have been delayed by increment weather, lost in the mail, or delivered to an incorrect address.

In any of these cases, you may be eligible to have a replacement shipped to you. Please contact customer service to make a claim at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will need the following details to quickly look up your order's status:
1) Full Name
2) Order #
3) Date of Purchase
4) Shipping Address
To be eligible for a replacement shipment, you must notify our customer service team within 60 days of purchase.
